Foods, What does the Bible say about Fruits, Veggies and Herbs?

Gen 1:11 And Elohim said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
Gen 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and Elohim saw that it was good.

Here is yet another of those crucial verses where our Father Above has helped us in remembering its location with a nice simple number format...1:11.

The Father made all our foods, and He made them in perfection. Yet here we go manipulating them and making the corn so sweet and lacking in nutrition, that even a farmer growing it will refuse to feed it to his family. Fruits are altered to not produce seed, (seedless grapes and watermelon, etc.), and genetically altering plants...have you heard about the tomato crossed with the genes of salmon to make it more cold hardy. And how is our health doing as a reflection upon all these changes? Allergies are at an all time high, and illnesses such as autism continue to increase.

Is it right to be eating these altered foods? Can we create better than the Father?

Deu 32:4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: An El of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Deu 32:5 They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation.

We are corrupting ourselves by indulging in these impurfect foods created by man. It is time to stand up and have a voice, ask your grocer to order seeded grapes, and watermelon and others...search out and support foods that are not altered. Even better yet, grow a garden if possible, and use old heirloom seeds. Plants that still bear seeds which can be planted to grow another plant, and have not been altered genetically.
